For sleep struggles, many people are aware of the benefits of valerian root, chamomile and lavender.

Blended with beeswax and shea butter in an easily absorbed balm, my sleep balm specifically uses blue chamomile and marjoram which when combined with valerian root and lavender not only induces sleep but helps you to maintain restful sleep throughout the night.

For severe cases of insomnia and fatigue, I’d recommend moisturising half to all of your body in conjunction with a proper sleep hygiene routine.

For regular use, rub on your chest, back or neck to evoke feelings of sleepiness and encourage restful sleep.

Not recommended for children under 12.
